Often times, if your house needs to be repainted, it has a few rotten cornerboards or clapboards. It can be expensive to get another sub contractor in to do carpentry before paint. We can take care of a reasonable amount of rot, replacing it with plastic, masonite, or more wood before giving your house a paint job.
